Check-in Instructions

Check in time is officially 4pm. You are welcome to message the housekeeper and let her know if you arrive in the area before that to see if the house is ready early. You can even park outside (as long as you don't block her in!) and walk out the path to the beach as long as you've messaged her to say that you're doing that. Please don't go into the house before she has finished. She is very thorough and is often under a time crunch. It will be worth the wait!

Enter under the carport. Your entry code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number that you use for your reservation.

Check-out Instructions

Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day that your booking ends.

Before you leave, we request that you:

1. Load the dishwasher and start it.

2. Empty the trash to the outside garbage receptacle. Be sure that the garbage can is between the orange cones in the driveway where you found it. (Trash collectors skip our house if not!)

3. Load the washers with your used towels and start them.

4. Please turn the wall heaters down to 55. (Turn ductless heater/AC off by pressing the “Mode” button until it shows it is OFF.) And lock the door on your way out. :-)

Leave things tidy and put back where you found them as much as possible, but please don't make the beds--we won't change sheets if no one slept there.... but we need to know!
