50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.

15% off for bookings within 28 days of check-in.
10% off for bookings that are out 6 months or more.
10% discounts for 7+ day reservations.
